β¨ Meet Gwen Pelfini β¨
We're incredibly grateful to have Gwen Pelfini facilitating our monthly Peer Support & Integration Circle.
Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Gwen has spent more than 20 years working in the mental health field. Her journey has taken her from community organizations and public health programs to UCLA and NYU, where she developed a passion for creating spaces rooted in compassion, curiosity, and genuine human connection. Today, she's a multi-licensed psychotherapist, educator, advocate, adjunct professor, and founder of Rooted Ethos, where her mission is simple: to help people reconnect with their own inner wisdom and build meaningful lives.
At our Peer Support & Integration Circle, Gwen isn't here to lecture or have all the answers. She's here to help hold the space.
This is a circle where each of us can be the helper and the helped. A place where listening is just as valuable as speaking, where lived experience is honored, and where everyone has something meaningful to offer. Whether you come to share, to listen, or simply to be present, you're welcome exactly as you are.
